We carefully prepare and ship most orders from Barcelona within 1–2 business days. Selected larger items may be sent directly from one of our trusted European partners and may arrive separately from the rest of your order.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, simply email us at support@pipandmim.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
