Returns and Exchanges

We hope everything fits just right.

If something isn’t quite as expected, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To start a return, simply email us at support@pipandmim.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Exchanges are handled as a return and a new order, to keep things simple.

For EU customers:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in line with EU consumer law.

For damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
