The EU law gives you the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery – no reason needed.

To submit your withdrawal request for a fulfilled order, send us an email with your Order ID and Email Address to the address above. You’ll receive an email confirmation upon submitting the form, and once you return the goods (at your own expense), a full refund will be processed within 14 days.
Please note: some items are not eligible for withdrawal, including personalised goods and sealed hygiene products that have been opened.
