Care

Merino wool naturally requires very little washing. Air the Teddy Tokki regularly and gently remove small marks with a damp cloth.

When a full wash is necessary:

  • Hand wash gently in lukewarm water, maximum 20°C
  • Use only a small amount of wool-specific detergent
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not wring or rub
  • Reshape and dry flat
  • Do not tumble dry

Machine washing is not recommended. If necessary, use only a dedicated wool programme at 20°C with a low spin, at your own risk.

Use the skincare products as directed on their individual packaging.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, simply email us at support@pipandmim.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
