When we first imagined Pip & Mim, we knew we didn't want to fill our shelves with hundreds of brands.
We wanted to build a thoughtful collection—pieces we'd happily choose for our own children, brands that valued quality over trends, and clothes designed to be lived in rather than simply admired.
Studio Bohème was one of the first names on that list.
Founded in France, Studio Bohème creates timeless children's clothing with a simple philosophy: beautiful pieces that are comfortable enough for everyday adventures. Their collections are rooted in soft colours, relaxed silhouettes and natural fabrics that allow children to move, climb, run and play without feeling overdressed.
We were immediately drawn to their use of organic cotton—not simply because it's a more thoughtful choice, but because it feels wonderful. Soft enough for delicate skin, breathable through warm summers and comfortable enough to become the clothes children reach for again and again.
There is also a quiet confidence to their design.
Nothing feels overly styled or precious. The colours are gentle. The prints are playful without shouting for attention. Each collection feels as though it belongs outdoors—in gardens, by lakes, on bicycles, beneath shady trees and around family picnic blankets.
Perhaps that's what we love most.
Studio Bohème doesn't dress children for photographs. It dresses them for childhood.
For scraped knees, melted ice cream, muddy shoes and all the small adventures that fill an ordinary day.
